Lately I seem to be eating junk food LOTS which is beginning to become an issue. I always feel sick and I can't afford to eat that way. I'm also putting on unwanted kilos. So over the weekend I decided that this week I will buy a yoga DVD from the Warehouse. Along with that I already have Zumba so I will be able to start a routine hopefully and get fitter for Summer.
Today I plan on making myself a roster which I will put on the wall in the lounge so that I start doing it. I know Chris will encourage me because he hates seeing me sad about it. Although he loves me no matter what I look like he still wants me to be happy in myself. So fingers crossed it goes well.
I made a salad for lunch today with cucumber, feta, orange capsicum, sprouts and baby spinach. I also have an apple and I think I will take a nut bar too. Maybe a banana as well.
I need to ring the doctors today and make an appointment to get my iron levels checked to see if I can give blood. I also want to see what other contraceptives suit me as I feel as though the pill is making me put on more weight that I should. I also want to ask about a diet plan too.
Anyways I better go to work now & earn myself a living. Gotta start paying of debts before I can plan my future.
