Before I lose the 10kg I want to:
Weight: 62kg
Height:165cm
Ideal weight: 55kg
Time frame to get there: 10 weeks. (1st December)
How I am going to do it: Zumba, sit-ups, star jumps & eating healthy.
I will do any other exercise as it comes to mind.
Even small things at work like running up the stairs & to the main office.
I will do it.
I know I can do it.
Watch this space.
On December 1st 2011 there will be a post almost identical to this one which a photo of how I now look.
